- Revenue, Net income both declined over past 3 years
- Decline is partially due FV loss on properties, however, even after adjusting for it, the earnings per unit is still lower by around 18%
- AEI have been done on Orchard Parade Hotel, Village residence Clarke Quay & Regency house, we would need to track the Revenue post AEI to find out what is the AEI efficiency
- Need to be mindful of Potential further FV loss (calculation done by using average “Valuation/Revenue” as a benchmark)
