#standwithyouSG – Bringing Communities Together To Say “Thank You”
Seeing the recent COVID-19 virus affecting Singapore and our national interest, #standwithyouSG team decided to step up and initiated a movement to show gratitude towards those who are keeping Singapore safe.
#standwithyouSG would like to invite YOU to be in #standwithyouSG movement to show our appreciation to the unsung heroes in the four main groups:
● Health care (hospital, clinic, etc)
● Operational (cleaning, security, screening, etc)
● Transport & Logistics (aviation, ambulance, taxi, bus, pte hire, etc)
● Volunteers and public servant involved (national servicemen, teacher, etc)
The main purpose of this initiative is to bring the community together to show gratitude towards people who are fighting against the spread of COVID-19. In difficult times like this, it is important for Singaporeans and residents to be united and fight together as One.
We tend to be passive in expressing our feelings towards our fellow Singaporeans, especially for words of appreciation. For this health emergency (COVID-19), it is important to show care towards those who are affected by the virus and to show gratitude towards one another.
Being grateful is important in life. To show gratefulness towards others is the key to #standwithyouSG movement. Let’s be united to show our thanks to these four groups of unsung heroes!
We would like to thank our venue sponsors for providing us the space and outreach to our event:
Q:Can I request take more masks/sanitizers as tokens of appreciation?
We seek your understanding if we do not give enough masks/sanitizers to you as we are also giving the masks to the disadvantaged group(s)/elderly home. We are thankful that many organisations have come forth to offer vouchers for your participation.
Q:Do I/we need to do any registration before I/we go to the booth?
Registration will be at the booth. Staggered timing will be given on site.
Q:Is it safe to go to the respective venues in view of the virus?
